Witryna2 lut 2024 · Before each spotting procedure, the Nanoplotter 2.0 has to be washed twice with ddH 2 O for at least 20 min. Transfer 45 µl each of all final PCR-products into 384-well plates. Add 5 µl 5 M betaine to each well and mix plates using a microplate mixer; centrifuge all plates at about 400 × g for 1 min to collect the entire volume at the bottom.
