Open up the Programs and Features menu WebChrome wasn't much better with ram usage, but it stayed responsive even around 70% ram. Now I've been using Opera for a week and it's the best so far with no problems and I can use all my fav chrome extensions, so I'm sticking with it for a while. I may try FF 57 to see if they fix the ram problem.

Find the card that hangs on Windows and see if you can boot into safe mode. If you can boot into safe mode shut the machine down and try booting another machine with that card.
