WebMay 20, 2024 · I'm trying to upload audio files to Word's dictation feature, but the dictation button is completely missing. I am using Office 365 (Chrome) on a Microsoft 365 G3 GCC account. The dictation button does exist in the desktop app (Windows 10 Enterprise), but only for live transcriptions; no drop-down option for audio file uploads. Please advise. Still, seems weird that it would work that way and not just 'Disable' the Dictate button altogether when it sees the GPO. Might see if this is in UserVoice and if not will add it.
